90 percent of women who walk into a department store immediately turns to right
No one knows why but 90 percent of women who walk into a department store immediately turns to right. Marketing research proves that most of the people, especially women, turn to right when entering a store and the owners of the stores use that as their advantages for their stores. What they do is that they usually place the higher priced items on the right side and place the lower priced items on the left side and by following the investigation, that way works pretty well. Another way to use that method is that if a department store has a tons of clothes to get rid of, they place them on the right side so that most of the people would look at them buy most of it. What I think about this is that people might think that even the stuffs are placed on the right side, people might not buy them if those stuffs are expensive. Also, stuffs on left side could be better, so if the customers think that the items on the right side are expensive, then they would change their direction to left side and find some better items with cheaper price. However, in my opinion, those kinds of things might not be happen often except for poor people or people like that and it's because that first, when most of the people turn their direction to east, there are pretty much chance for them to buy even though they are expensive. Reason for that is that usually higher priced stuffs have quite good quality so they might attract them to buy those items.
