Have someone thought about what would happen if someone sneezes too hard or tries to suppress a sneeze? Well, mostly 'no' unless for the people who have an experience about it. What sometimes happens if someone sneezes too hard, is that his(her) fracture can be ribbed off. There are quite a lot of people who have an experience about this and asking quite a lot of questions about this problem. Obviously, the problem happens when a person sneezes too hard and when he does that, a disease call 'osteoporosis' happens. Osteoporosis is a disease of bone in which the amount of bone is decreased and the strength of tubercular bone is reduced. Also, cortical bone becomes thin and bones are susceptible to fracture. Another fact about a wrong way to sneezing is trying to suppress the sneeze when it comes out by blocking the noses and mouths and trying to blow the nose. However, what could happen is that if a person does that kinds of things, which is stupid, he or she can rupture a blood vessel in his (her) head or neck and die. Usually, ruptured blood vessels happen when a clot forms in the blood vessel. As blood passes by the clot it causes the blood vessel itself to bulge from the added pressure. However, ruptured blood vessels may be startling but they are usually not serious since broken blood vessels are fairly common but sometimes, it can bring a bad result if it happens repeatedly. However, there are only one way to solve this problem and to this problem is 'sneezing properly'. If you sneeze properly, then you will not have any problem at all. At this point, people might want to ask how to sneeze properly. Well, it’s easy. Just sneeze.
